Designed with meticulous due diligence and a focus on adding neighbourhood value, 133 E. 4th St includes a full childcare facility in response to a vocalized need for increased childcare spaces in the community. This project is the first of its kind in the City of North Vancouver with no on-site parking, transitioning away from the dependence on vehicles due to well-established alternative transportation options in the area.
